Thank you for signing up for our training courses!
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with the purchase of one of our courses, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to 2Alpha Training Group, 2732 Blue Springs Dr.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to 2Alpha Training Group, accessible from http://www.2alphatraininggroup.com
- Goods & Services refer to the services offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods or Services from Us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days of the course start date without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You purchased the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, purchased the service/product on the Website.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the return or cancellation of Goods or Services. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@2alphatraininggroup.com.
If Your cancellation request is sent to Us between 29-14 days from the course start date then we reserve the right to incur a 50% charge which will be deducted from the refund issued.
If Your cancellation request is sent to Us between 13-1 days from the course start date, your payment for services will become non-refundable.
In the case of a non-refundable course payment, a credit towards future courses will be decided case by case depending on the nature of the cancellation.
Physical Products: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Pre-Order items (if applicable)
When customers order Pre-Order items, those items will not ship until the given date in the item's description. When customers order Pre-Order items and regular items in the same order, the entire order will not be shipped until Pre-Order items are ready for shipping, in accordance with their respective shipping dates.
Sale items (if applicable)
All sales of sale/clearance items are final and no returns will be accepted except in case of manufacturer’s defect.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@2alphatraininggroup.com.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 15 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- You contact us at info@2alphatraininggroup.com and request an RMA number.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

Please include the RMA number and a note with what you would like to have done. Once we receive it, it will be processed in the order in which it was received.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
